Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Lead Leak Audit Guarantee
The $500 Lead Leak Audit fee is refunded in full if the audit finds no meaningful lead leak and no meaningful software-cost savings. If you proceed to a Website Rebuild, Lead Pipeline Build, or Full Operations Stack engagement within 90 days of the audit, the $500 fee is credited in full toward that engagement.
2. Fixed-Price Builds
Website Rebuild, Lead Pipeline Build, and Full Operations Stack engagements are quoted as a fixed price after scoping and require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before development work begins. Once development has started, deposits become non-refundable, but you are only billed for work actually delivered.
3. Consulting Services
Cancellations for consulting engagements made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Training & Workshops
Registration fees for workshops are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, fees are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future workshop or consulting session.
5. Digital Goods & Open Source Support
Due to the nature of digital deliverables and support services, these items are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the support period has commenced.
6. Dispute Process
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days at hello@principiumaxis.com. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
7. Service Availability
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service or workshop, a 100% refund will be issued to all affected customers.
