Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consulting Services
Cancellations for consulting engagements made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Training & Workshops
Registration fees for workshops are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, fees are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future workshop or consulting session.
3. Digital Goods & Open Source Support
Due to the nature of digital deliverables and support services, these items are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the support period has commenced.
4. Dispute Process
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days at hello@principiumaxis.com. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
5. Service Availability
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service or workshop, a 100% refund will be issued to all affected customers.
