Principium Axis LLC provides consulting, practical training, and open-source infrastructure tools related to Bitcoin, AI, and sovereign technology. Specific project details and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payments

Payments for services are processed through Stripe or via Bitcoin (on-chain or Lightning). All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all open-source tools provided by us are licensed under standard open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL). Custom consulting deliverables are subject to the terms of the specific engagement agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Principium Axis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or infrastructure implementations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
